1. Nothing is affiliated with Google.
2. The site design is horrifically stereotypical, pulling out all the "tricks" to get you to trust it and click on the links. When you sign up for anything, the owner of the page gets paid as an affiliate. Then they take money from your account. I recommend not clicking the links, because it’s likely all sorts of spyware is being added when you do.
While it’s definitely possible to make money with Google AdSense (with a good, well-trafficked affiliate site), you don’t need anyone’s help to do it. You just need a few design skills, a relevant idea with good content and some patience. Most people just make a little supplemental income this way, it takes a lot of work (and skills) to make real money from it.

all I know is that the google can check whether the page rank of the site or link is fake or not.
