Internet privacy / IP Address changer?

Written by seocraze on Aug 25th, 2010 | Filed under: Internet Marketing

I don’t really like the idea of my ISP keeping a log of everything I do on the internet, so basically will using an IP changing program or proxy keep them from seeing the sites I visit? Not that I have anything to hide, it is just kinda creepy to know that someone is always watching, and possibly gathering data on me to use for marketing. Also – Keep it legal please, I am not going to do anything stupid, so don’t try.

How can I tell what programs are safe to download?

Written by seocraze on Aug 22nd, 2010 | Filed under: Internet Marketing

About a month ago, I had to bring my computer in to Best Buy because it got a virus. Just recently, I had to bring it in again, and this time, the man who fixed my computer told me the viruses were from Limewire. I use a lot of programs that are downloaded from the internet, but I’m not sure how to tell which programs are safe. I already have an anti-virus program, and I was told that it’s the best on the market.

Anyone else sick of time warner trying to squeeze every penny out of you?

Written by seocraze on Aug 21st, 2010 | Filed under: Internet Marketing

They seem to have a hold on the market. I am sick of them raising prices every chance they get. Can anyone tell me a decent internet that doesn’t cost a month just to surf the net? If enough people find other alternatives, maybe it would be a wake-up call for their big egos.

What software are there to track which websites a wireless router user has visited?

Written by seocraze on Aug 20th, 2010 | Filed under: Internet Marketing

I am looking for software that can track the websites and webpages a user has visited. For example, I am operating a wireless router that connects 5-7 users to the Internet. I am interested in what are these people are doing with my wireless service, as in are they abusing the wireless service that I am providing to them?

I am interested in how much time they are spending on the Internet, what websites they have visited or the webpages they are surfing and if they are downloading materials.

I know that such software are available on the open market but so far, I’m not sure where to find them. I am hoping for examples of such software that I can use.

Furthermore, I also wonder if the users on my wireless router can block such tracking software or If they can tack my attempts to follow them or if they will be aware if I am using such software to track them.

I undertsand that large networks and corporations routinely use such software. Are such software very expensive?

Is the only difference between a Intel Pentium 4 and intel core duo the temperature the processor produces?

Written by seocraze on Aug 19th, 2010 | Filed under: Internet Marketing

In the market for used desktop that will be used for music/internet/spreadsheet/pics/etc. I know how much space/ram I need..but I do not know what processor to get. I heard that the Pentium 4 processors were just as fast as the core duos but the core duos were more efficient and ran cooler thus making them a tad bit faster.
