Is there a way to have an access to a dial-up internet connection without using a modem ?

if yes, how?

Note: my internal modem is currently malfunctioning and i don’t want to buy expensive external modems in the market.

however, i have a phone line.

    yes
    buy a wifi router
    get an wifi shotgun antenna
    and hop on someone else’s connection that is unsecured

    other than that no
    you cannot access a dial up connection with out a modem, be it intenral or external

    A modem is required for all dial up internet access and without there is absolutely no way to use a dial up internet connection.

    Hi,
    Actually you can!
    If you have a network card (very cheap) and connect your pc to another neighbour’s pc using a cross-over cable – and if that neighbour has a modem – he can share his internet connection with you.
    Of course it may be cheaper to buy another modem.
