Often I want to search for reviews of a particular consumer product, but omit the hundreds of sites that sell that product. I have tried various strategies, and none seem to work. Adding the qualifier word ‘review’ doesn’t do any good, as most sales sites have reviews. How can I search for reviews only of a popular consumer product? What search engines would be best? In the past two days, I’ve been looking for reviews of an external hard drive called the ‘Smartdisk Crossfire’ and had to sift through hundreds of pages to find a few reviews. After finding one review, I tried using Google Advanced with the ‘pages similar to this’ option and it struck out badly. Some of the consumer reviews and feedback on Amazon were pretty good though, I must say. THANKS!
(I am new to Yahoo Answers, and posted this in Search Engine Optimization = Wrong place!)
www.UnderGroundTrainingLab.com In early 2008 I spoke at the Secret Society of Traffic and Conversion Seminar for my friends Buck Rizvi and Brock Felt. The attendees paid thousands to be there but I’m sharing my 3 hour presentation from the seminar with you for free. I outlined the social networking and web 2.0 strategies that I personally use to drive tons of traffic to build my list and make more sales. I covered dozens of topics including, but not limited to, internet marketing, creating a sales funnel, search engine optimization (seo), myspace, youtube, squidoo, email marketing, wordpress, rss feeds, openx ad server, affiliate marketing, blogs, getting more traffic to your sites, social profile pages, social networking, social media, and more! Is there a device in the market that allows your desktop pc to connect to the internet wirelessly?
A device that when you use/connect to your pc, you can gain access on the internet without paying any prepaid card or any company that offers internet connection.. something like that..
I’m looking for a laptop for my mom who has zero knowledge about computers– the main purpose is for her to use it to communicate with her children and grandchildren through chatting, VOIP, webcams and the like. She’s staying at her patient’s house most of the time so she needs wireless internet service. What she hopes to get is a laptop that’s ultra user friendly: a laptop that she’ll just have to flip open, instantly connects to the internet, and will just allow her to click at the icons on her screen and communicate. She doesn’t care much for any other feature that a laptop might have. So what’s the best laptop in the market right now that fits my mom’s criteria and brings the most bang for the buck?
Follow up: most, actually all answers, recommended an apple macbook. are there other brands or choices so at least we can shop around?:-)
Can anyone help me out with some names of books and/or websites that explains the concept, theory and techniques behind search engine optimisation? Assume I am a retard…that’s the level to which the detail and explanation should go. Especially looking for how one can improve rankings on Google.
