Why do you think the US are dominating the internet business?

I will like you to give 10 reasons why you think US companies are in complet dominion of all viable internet business : yahoo , google , ebay ,amazon , paypal , msn , youtube , myspace etc . why do you think is hard for start ups to come from countries that are not US . what is the magic ingredient found in the US that is not found else where . what is the magic wand that the US has that is hard to be copied else where .
why is it that Europe , china , india canada can’t make it ?

I have a virus on my laptop that is undetectible by my norton 360! It is some sort of a "marketing virus" (i think) every time I go on to internet explorer 5 min later the page changes to the web site telling me that i have a virus and to buy there product (which is some kind of anti-virus software). when i refuse, pop-ups for that product constantly come up. And even further more when i try to download something off the internet (be it a game or real anti-virus software) it wont allow me, it some how just makes the download window disappear. help!!!!!

I have seen dozens of programs being sold on the internet that claim they will show you how to make a six figure income from affiliate marketing. Are any of these programs for real, and if so which ones? Or, are they all scams that make money by selling their product to lazy, gullible people who think they can make money while they sit at home and do nothing?

I have in mind a strong business model of a family of internet website. I have a background in marketing. I would have to join with a web designer but I decided to go on my own. I am PC litterate. We downloaded a new version of Internet Explorer at work and now, on certain web pages, links work but buttons do not and I can’t read my Yahoo email (which isn’t super important, but my boss read this article about marketing using things like MySpace and Yahoo groups, so it would be cool if I could get those to work at work). Any ideas? I lowered my security settings to medium, but that didn’t seem to fix it.

I saw some evga network cards for like 0. What is the purpose of them do they make your internet and online games faster or is it just a marketing gimmick?
