none of the above, they were already here before 1990. I would say the ability to do non-invasive procedures through ct and mri iimaging and software rendering, causing the patient less time and pain
Most of the things you listed were invented before the 90s.
Affordable cell phones
In 1991 the Internet was a B&W DOS type screen that you connected to via a BBS (Bulletin Board System). Compeletly text with no images, except for some rough representations using macros and symbols. The ability to have a desktop-like interface on the interent has probablyhad the most impact on my life and others. Without it, there would be no Ebay, or webmail, or icons to click, or pictures to see.
